We don’t have much experience to begin with, start with doing a project + getting other people with some programming ability to do the project with us -> see how it goes and then go on to formalizing training from there
Non-technical
Self-Sufficient blockchain learner: they have the tools to navigate the space and learn new concepts on their own
Need to know: how technologies work, keep up with those technologies, have a conversation with developers
Communal Passion
Consistently tie back the importance of what you are teaching
Bring in passionate guest speakers (refer to Stanford speaker series)
